Wow, another fantastic book Jodi, now to wait for book No 2!
I loved this alpha male! You will fall in love with Becker Hunt, he the best art dealer in the business and he is arrogant, moody, very cocky and super handsome! He has a dark soul that comes out in the book, he has suffered great loss during his life which he and his family believe he is now incapable of love.
His Grampa's and Mrs P are adorable - Jodi has a great way of introducing complex characters to support her leading characters.
Eleanor Cole has just moved to London from the country after a difficult time of betrayal by two people who should have had her back and losing her father and in trying to keep his dream alive.
She meets Lucy Bason her new friend who has the flat opposite her. She proves to be a great friend and another wonderful character.
She meets Becker on a few occasions when she first moves to London and each time the chemistry is off the clock but she knows a player when she sees one! He ends up being her boss and she knows she should keep away from him, but she just can't do it. She knows heartbreak is around the corner.
The plot, the scenes, the attention Jodi puts into knowing the artwork makes these books brilliant.
It ends with a cliffhanger and there is a sequel to come and my mind is running into overtime trying to work out the man! This is the best book I had read this year and I cannot wait until November!
