She's Captured My Love by Karen Frances

REVIEWED BY Kim Gray

‘She’s Captured My Love’ by Karen Frances.

I want to start off by saying that I haven’t read any of the other books in this series, or any other books by this Author, but I was told this could be read as a standalone book and I now I happen to agree. I will say that maybe because of this I felt the story started out a bit slow, but once I got into this complex story with many characters. made we want to keep reading so I could figure out what exactly was going on with Ethan and Lindsey, then Ethan and Lucy? All of this within the first 5% of the book?
When Ethan meets Sophie and a connection is made we are taken on a rollercoaster ride as Ethan
struggles with his responsibilities and what society thinks should be, not to mention what is going on
with Sophie and what she is doing in his life or not? Ethan is a loveable guy that has strong family bonds and I really liked that about this story. Reading about his struggles to understand his feelings, his life and what has happened to lead him to where he is in the present and how he is going to get his life back together was a good story and I enjoyed reading it. Sophie was a great character and I loved her and rutted for her the entire time. She is the woman Ethan never knew he was waiting for. With the exception of one small part I thought this was a great read and I would recommend this to my friends. I am leaving a 4 star review and many thanks to the Author for this book in exchange for an honest review.
