Decker's Wood by Kirsty Dallas

This is a really fun, light read about Decker, a porn star who is having issues only a certain little pill can help him with, and Andi, his best friends cousin who he hasn't seen since she was an awkward teenager and he was sleeping with everything that moved.

Decker has taken the last year off from acting thanks to his problem and can't believe that the merest glimpse of Andi has him raring to go. Decker thinks he's not anywhere near good enough for Andi and they become friends without benefits although all signs point to a mutual attraction.

I liked the development of their relationship and loved that Andi wasn't a pushover who just threw herself at Decker. I also love that she can deliver a good punch! Decker is an easy-going, fun-loving guy who isn't sure which direction his life should take now. I really appreciated the network of family and friends around the two and I think I need someone like Casey in my life - he was a laugh and a half!

The only issue I really had was that I didn't really think it was very New York-y. By that, I mean that I was told we're in New York, but much of the dialogue felt a little too Australian for me. Otherwise, it was a fun read and I'm looking forward to reading Bradley's story next.
