The Case of The Missing Bubble Gum Card: A Jarvis Mann Detective Short Story by R. Weir

REVIEWED BY Tina Shobe

The Case of the Missing Bubble Gum Card: A Jarvis Mann Detective Short Story (#1)The Case of the Missing Bubble Gum Card: A Jarvis Mann Detective Short Story by R. Weir
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Jarvis Mann is a not-so-sucessful detective running his own business. He is approached by teenager Dennis Gash, who wants to hire him to find a baseball card that he was given by his father that is worth quite a bit of money. Jarvis isn't working any other cases at the time and knowing he won't make any actual money he takes the case.

This story would appeal to Young Adults but I really enjoyed it too. It is very well written and has a good moral to it.
