Abandoned Lives by Renee C. Leigh

REVIEWED BY Becky Cox

Abandoned LivesAbandoned Lives by Renee C. Leigh
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

What a ride! Abandoned Lives was a page turner from the start.

Thriller, mystery, paranormal and romance all rolled up in one. The slow reveal of the mystery was intriguing and kept me keen to keep reading.

Candace, Camden and Chris are likeable, relatable characters.

Candace wanting a change to escape some bad history. She buys an old house in Virginia. It needs a bit of love but she is thrilled. Chris, a long time friend of both her and her twin brother Camden, lives in the area and found it for her.

Candace meets her new neighbor Kieran and they strike up a friendship. Camden nor Chris are comfortable with Kieran but can't say much.

The strange events start and keep coming. Edge of the seat kinda stuff. Love the ending.
