Dirty Little Promise is the resolution of Emma, Gavin and Cooper's relationship that began in Dirty Little Secret. Emma had discovered somethings about Gavin's past that were disturbing to her and she had locked herself away from him. Should she choose Cooper the safer brother?
Gavin is very dominant in and out of the bedroom. He and his brothers run an escort service so it isn't the beautiful woman that turn him on. It is the demeanor and willingness to submit that works for him. He has found all of this in Emma if he hasn't screwed it up too badly this time.
His brother Cooper is always waiting in the wings to catch Emma whenever she falls. Cooper is the sweeter more compassionate brother. He just doesn't turn her on and consume her the way Gavin does.
"The universe shrank to just this moment-just her and me and the needy sounds of our bodies. I felt unworthy of her trust and devotion, but wanted them all the same.
This family of brothers will never be the same in the wake of Emma. I am looking forward to seeing how things work out for Cooper in the next installment.
I would recommend this for readers that enjoy the seriously dominant alpha male.
