Pure Abandon by Jeannine Colette

REVIEWED BY Kari Cox

Pure AbandonPure Abandon by Jeannine Colette
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This story is unique. Kathryn has what she thinks is the perfect life. She decides to go back to work and everything changes. I think this story provides a good depiction of real life situations that can happen to anyone.

I like Asher's character. I think his cocky, funny attitude was great. Gabriel's character is nothing like Asher. He's a busy workaholic. I think the flashbacks into Gabriel and Kathryn's past are important parts that brought needed information to how strong their love used to be. Their life changed plenty as they went through, but it was nice to have the little bits from where they started.

Kathryn goes through a whirlwind in this story, but she's got to make her choice, and I think she made the right choice!

Overall, I enjoyed the book and I am glad I read it.
