Excellent book! Aubrey Bondurant is a great author and this book fell right in line with the expectation I have of her writing.
Brexy, aka Simon, is the male lead character. He's attractive, interesting, sweet, and funny...until he's at work. Then he's the iceman. Peyton discovers this the hard way after she think she's gone on the perfect date.
I loved both of these characters. They are both successful, well rounded people working their way through life. This is a change of pace to the common stories you find where you have one struggling character that gets saved by the other. I enjoyed the independence of their characters and the realness in their story.
Without Apology is great. I was excited to see a new book from Aubrey Bondurant and the excitement held through this read!
