My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Cry Baby was such a great story. YA or not, Tristan and Riley had an epic story that needed to be told.

Inner city gangs and poverty, huge realistic problems, were the obstacles these young adults were trying to navigate. I was drawn in and invested in their lives from the start.

I was angry at the things they were forced to endure because of the life they were born into. There were some great secondary characters that made the story have such depth.

Truly enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from this author. If you are looking for a gritty, griping story Cry Baby is the perfect book for you!
