Protecting the Soul (Souls of Chicago, #3)Protecting the Soul by Annabella Michaels
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

These souls have gripped my heart and aren’t letting go anytime soon. Landon Greene older brother of twins, Caleb and Carter is another stunning man that has a huge heart. The Greene family certainly have values of love, respect and loyalty that makes me feel proud.

Landon manages Carter’s band. Everyone knew Carter would make it in the music industry and with his brother by his side looking out for him no one need ever worry about someone taking advantage of him.

Landon becomes concerned when letters start showing up of a threatening manner. Extra security is put in place for his brother by Lachlan Edwards the owner of the record label. Micah Hamilton friend of Caleb’s partner Giovanni and ex navy seal is sent my Lachlan to organise security for the whole band while they are on tour. Carter is obviously top priority as they believe the letters are meant for him.

It becomes clear that Landon and Micah had a thing, well sort of a thing, but not a thing. But maybe it could become a thing. I think you need to read to see what thing I am talking about. Giggling here.

Landon has always looked out for his brothers, but who was looking out for him? All becomes clear and as the story takes on a sinister twist it’s a moment that will leave you with your heart in your mouth and your stomach at your feet.

Danger, mind blowing sex and love will keep you turning the pages.
