Renewing the Soul (Souls of Chicago, #4)Renewing the Soul by Annabella Michaels
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Honestly never been a fan of Rocko who’s in Carter’s band, Carter’s Creed. The drummer never seemed to give off a good vibe. Many of the characters in this series I have wanted to hear more about, but him not so much.

It is a testament to how good this writer is because I have fallen in love with Rocko. She has shown me a side of Rocko that I don’t think anyone could walk away from. He’s a had a trouble life to say the least. Everyone deals with pain in their own way, some people are stronger than others, but you know strength is not always about brawn. Love can make you stronger, having someone care for you can make you become a better person.

Lachlan has remained somewhat of a mystery throughout this series. I was pleased to get to know him also. When you begin to peal back the layers of these men you are left with some heart stopping, breathtaking males that only seek out love unconditionally.

Rocko has quite a journey ahead of him, but with Lachlan’s help it does make for a pretty amazing self discovery.

Meet the man behind the label and the drummer behind the scars that have been left behind.

Rock ‘n’ Roll is not all about sex and drugs. Love, compassion and lovemaking is just as HOT!
