REVIEWED BY Micky Barnard
Heat by Penny Reid
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
4.5 stars
The second installment of the elements of chemistry delivered in substance and depth of the main characters. Martin and Kaitlyn head off for spring break together and have a sort of dating boot camp. What becomes apparent is that Kaitlyn is somewhat emotionally stunted when it comes to passion. Martin is battling demons personified and it makes for an absorbing read. This app culminates in a heck of an ending that madder need grateful I can jump straight into Capture.
Penny Reid is quickly becoming an favourite author with her ability to create great stories told with wit and intelligence.
